On
the Surface Pro, if you are facing ‘Office 2013’ installation errors with the
message – “Microsoft Office has encountered an error”. Follow the below steps
to resolve them.
1)
Uninstall and delete all the traces of previously installed
versions of Office from the machine (if any).
2)
Goto Scheduled Tasks and delete the ‘Office’ Folder.
3)
Restart the machine.
Kick start the
installation and it will be done.
